Is it ok to have 2 Julian dates printed on a jar as long as traceability is maintained?

I have a question regarding code dates on primary packaging. Is it ok to have 2 Julian dates printed on a jar as long as traceability is maintained. We have a lot of product on hold that was reworked and the coder was not turned off, ended up printing second code on the bottles. Can someone please share your experience or thoughts on this?

Label information shall not be misleading - which it is in your case, as I can see from your message.

Not acceptable to have two date codes on a single product - miss-leading. 

Better to learn from mistakes internally and not legally, best to put back on hold and rework it.   IMHO

This kind of error IMEX can be sufficient reason for lot rejection by Customs.
