I would like to confirm if there is law said that Class III and IV chemical (for pest control purposes) be only allowed use in food factory ?

As far as I know, no pest control chemicals are allowed in food facilities. Please, see attached an excerpt from Canadian Organic Standard Permitted Substances List, that's what I have for Organic production.

I don't know of any class 3 and 4 pest control chemicals that are allowed as compared to some class 3 and 4 lubricants for instance that one can have in a food facility with the appropiate safeguards for toxics.
