Does anyone here practice E-Audits for GMP and Sanitation? Where in On-Site Audit is not allowed due to COVID-19.

How did you manage to still conduct your Audit? Please share some ideas.

Thank you.

Hi Papzkii

I won't be able to help that much, but this can give some ideas :

1. Safety and security is often considered as essential activity. So internal auditing keeps going in most of the cases. When you need to travel internationally, it becomes more difficult and it is why there were problems with CB audits.

2. When I wasn't able to run audits, we simply canceled them or changed the dates. So I didn't performed any audit between 15/03 and 30/04, but most of them are now running. Later than expected, but it is easy to explain why.

3. If it is about documents, it can wait. If it is about visual inspection, try to find someone on site able to do it. But you will see a lot more things on site than remotely, when auditee can "choose" what they show you, or even amend document just before showing them on the video.
