Hello again, 

used to be on here a long time ago but then crossed from manufacturing to the "Dark Side" of retail for a good few years. Now back in Manufacturing in the poultry sector, but I have years of experience in all meat, poultry and dairy products and recently helped set up an allergen free vegan manufacturing site! Here to help out if anyone has any queries and to learn along the way.
