Hello again,
used to be on here a long time ago but then crossed from manufacturing to the "Dark Side" of retail for a good few years. Now back in Manufacturing in the poultry sector, but I have years of experience in all meat, poultry and dairy products and recently helped set up an allergen free vegan manufacturing site!
