Does any have an example V&V schedule/calendar that can share with corrective actions? I want to encompass as much as possible in one form.
Anyone here can share the EMP risk based example?

There is a bucket load of individually not incorrect but collectively contradictory possibilities. Reason = f( process/standard/reference etc)
Needs context for a meaningful response. Sighhhhhhh.
