Designed this document to apply to the Clause 4.2 and Clause 6 of the ISO 22000, I haven't yet added all the food safety aspects as yet.
Used PESTEL for External Issues.
Just wanted some feedback on it in terms of questions that maybe faced during an audit or deficiencies.

3. Where's potential tampering/food fraud/security breach risk?
4. Non-profit organizations - not clear
5. You didn't mention Market: changes, demands, fluctuations
