Will there be any issue if the food grade oil gets into low acid product like coffee during production process?

It will depend on the compound. H1 class is incidental contact which may potentially occur. In excess, most instances would make the product adulterated according to US Food Code (in excess of 10 ppm - citation needed).  21 CFR part 178.3750 contains formulation limits.

 

H3 compounds are GRAS, however take into consideration exposure amounts when listing ingredients and allergen declaration.
