Greetings all, I am Joseph. I happy to be following valuable correspondence in regard to Food safety matters. I am in a bid to transition from the older standard to the new one. Just to ask, has anyone prepared VACCP and TACCP in line with ISO 22000:2018 version 5 and most of all carring out VACCP of the final product. We audited last year and we were found off guard that we had only done VACCP of raw materials.

Best regards,

Joseph.
