Hi everyone.

My name is Christian, am from Spain, am setting  a Consulting  service to implement PRP  and Haccp systems in Restaurants, catering and  hospitality bussiness. I have 6 years of experience and Nowadays am preparing and assessment  for being a lead auditor haccp 

I hope to share experiences and Knowledge on this forum and for sure resolve any doubts that we can have.
