Food Grade Statement for Brined Vegetables

Hello can anyone help with a Food Grade statement, I have a customer asking for one for the brined vegetable dept of our corporation.

I can't take credit for this one. It was something a customer sent me and had me sign that I fiddled with slightly and kept for its simplicity. It's short and sweet, and works for those only looking for a food compliance statement. I'd imagine you could fiddle with it and put the product name in as well if required. Of course, it goes without saying, you better be in compliance before you put your name on this...

You would put this on company letterhead and sign/date it.

This statement is regarding the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2011 (FSMA) and its subsequent associated rules and regulations implemented to enhance the protection of the U.S. food supply. XXX (facility name) is fully compliant within the scope of the rules and regulations under FSMA that apply to the products we provide.
