Has anyone created a Food Safety and Quality Culture policy or procedure?

Hi All
I have just completed a Food Safety Culture questionnaire for staff to complete and also created a Safety Plan. Just wondering, has anyone produced a procedure / policy to back this up?

I haven't had it through yet but Techni-K comes highly recommended by the BRC auditor we had a couple of weeks ago. The document pack includes culture requirements so might be worth a try.
