I was reading Sainsbury technical policy for meat sourcing 2006 (do not have a more updated one).We are an indirect supplier. Can indirect suppliers approved other indirect suppliers?.

IMEX the UK retailers are often a bit coy about sharing their standards publicly, so your best bet is perhaps to ask a direct supplier (your customer?) if they can clarify for you, and/or put you in contact with a technologist in the relevant team at Sainsburys.
