Has anyone had on site AIB-GMP inspections since COVID

I've been trying to get in touch with my AIB scheduler, but it keeps going right to voice mail. Sent emails to several AIB scheduling inboxes over 10 days ago with still no response.

Has anyone had an AIB-GMP inspection in the past few months? If so, have they been performing on site inspections?

Have clients that have not been happy with their services as of late and one has dropped them and jumped ship to another company.

Well, that's not what I was hoping to hear. It's a bummer because this is a paradigm shift from how they operated last year. This year it seems like they left the auto email and scheduling machines on but there are no more people working there...

One of our sites is having theirs today. They were scheduled for April and had to cancel and re-book.

The site had some issues getting a call back as well but when I reached out from our Home Office received a response within 24 hours.

We also use AIB as our CB for our GFSI/BRC audits and have had no issues with response.

I wonder if it could be because, since it's not a true certification with expiration, it isn't taking priority over the GFSI audits that do expire.

That actually makes sense, but I would still think they could return a dang call or email.

Good Morning,

I have my AIB audit this Thursday Oct. 1.

I guess I should update this. I did finally get in touch with someone on Aug 19th. I began emails Aug 6th, calls and a second round of emails Aug 14th. So it took about 12 days but they did eventually get back to me and set up an inspection time.

In retrospect that's not a huge deal, but the radio silence was putting me on edge.
