What does everyone think about the new checklist that FDA and OSHA put out on August 11, 2020.

It's good for those who don't have anything completely in place yet. Very similar to the guidelines posted by the CDC. I glanced at it to see if there were any differences to the guidelines we used - it wasn't.  Where I work we used these guidelines from the Global Center for Health Security: https://www.unmc.edu...eatpacking.html since we are a FDA and USDA controlled facility.
