I'd start by signing up for FSAI's newsletter etc here:

And EFSA's various options from which you can choose to suit yourself, here:

If you're members of Campden or similar then they offer a regulatory email newsletter (amongst others, IIRC) to which you can subscribe.
Are you members of any trade bodies? They often provide sector-specific updates in various areas too.
