Does anyone else use Uline as a supplier of primary food packaging?

Hello Everyone!

Does anyone else use Uline as a supplier of primary food packaging? Or have you in the past? 

We currently source small poly bags and want to improve our lot tracing, however, Uline does not place lot codes on their products. Nor has a 3rd party audit conducted from what we have been told Has anyone ran into this? 

Thinking simply a new source would be best?

Yes, we dealt with Uline for small business client. Uline acts very similar to Amazon with mutliple contract vendors, suppliers, etc - basically a distribution company as compared to a manufacturer. They will not be able (or just won't) to provide what you need. 

Thus, for your specific needs it would be better to source out another company which is what our client did once they picked up speed and size.
