6.1 Actions to Address risks and opportunities FSSC 22000?

Hi everybody.

I am new to this forum. I am a Compliance specialist,  from New Zealand. I'm working at a manufacturing site, implementing their FSSC 22000. Our FSSC audit is next month.

I would like to understand how do I tackle and implement  6.1 Actions to address risks and opportunities. We have done a SWOT analysis for the site.  So our strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats are established. Now does this clause talk about the mitigation plan on the risk and opportunities. Would really appreciate your comments and answers.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, you're right, it's a mitigation plan. Attached is a table combining clauses 4 and 6: somebody posted it on this forum one day. Pretty good sample
