Is it acceptable to have an ingredient bin-equipment storage over a dishwasher?

In our facility we have a huge "dishwasher" that our baskets go through (we are a bakery). We are in need of more storage for ingredient bins after they've been washed. Would it be acceptable to create a shelf over the dishwasher? If so, is there a certain requirement for how far above the top of the dishwasher the shelf would have to be?

Steam/heat rising?

There isn't any steam or heat that comes out of the top, it more so comes out the end if there is any.

Ask yourself:

Is there a risk of re-contamination by storing them on top?
