How to fill and seal hollow tube stainless steel equipment legs?

Does anyone have a best practice to fill and seal hollow tube stainless steel equipment legs? I keep hearing concrete but it is porous and could still be a harborage for bacteria. Is there a company or product that is antimicrobial and would be safe to use in zone 2?

The real way...welded stainless cap.
You could fill it with concrete, or something else, and then smooth cap it off with silicone caulking. It will become a harborage point over time though.
I agree 100% with Ryan.
Years ago I inspected restaurants and one day I noticed a small amount of cement stuck to the side of a table leg. So I asked that the table top be pulled and sure enough the legs were teeming with all sorts of bad stuff... then we found out the maintanence man had gone to all the system restaurants and filled all the legs... 2000 legs later they were all re worked with caps installed.
