Reportable Foods Registry - Glitching out

Has anyone had success submitting a reportable food to www.safetyreporting.hhs.gov?

This is the second year in a row that I have tried to log in and familiarize myself with it as part of our annual mock recall and I can't for the life of me get a username or password.

I've tried on Chrome and Edge.

Any tips would be appreciated.
