EMP Verification of small re-pack op for fresh, whole produce

Hello FS people,

 

Are there Verification Activities, other than micro testing or ATP swabs, recommended for an EMP for a small fresh, whole produce operation that only sorts, re-packs and distributes produce from one container to another?

 

All packing/sorting is done on stainless steel tables.
