Hello,

I am new to ifsqn! I wanted to ask if anyone knows the risks of liquid and solid artificial food color. I am completing a risk assessment and sample plan for new raw materials to be approved.

In a previous job used horizon scan as part of my risk assessment process.

If anyone has any info on risks for pesticides, heavy metals, and solvents that would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

B

https://www.inspecti...2/1528205368359 - It's pretty extensive. I've used it in the US for products/ingredients that weren't listed in the FDA regulation database
