Legislation that applies to radiological hazards for foods

Is anyone in the UK able to point me in the direction of any legislation that applies to radiological hazards for foods.  Only thing I can find all relates to health and safety.  I am happy with the risk assessment process and building it into our HACCP assessment however I was wanting to cover all bases and quote any relevant legislation.

IIRC the regs in this area large stem from those applicable in the event of nuclear accidents or similar - see e.g. 2016/52: https://eur-lex.euro...elex:32016R0052

Unless you're using some very unusual raw materials and/or processes this may well be sufficient, as Chernobyl (and potentially Fukushima) would in likelihood be the most probably sources of radiological contaminants of the type you're considering.

If you're sourcing from other places that may be affected by elevated levels of "non-accidental" radioactivity (e.g. Marshall Islands, courtesy of nuclear weapons tests) then you may need to look in considerably more detail via some sort of separate risk assessment, but it's not an area I've had need to look at so can't add much without further research.
