Good day everyone! I'm currently working on our HACCP Study. Can anyone of you share your HACCP study or maybe have an idea what could possibly be a significant hazard and identified OPRP or CCP? Thanks in advance.

Good day everyone!

Thanks in advance. :spoton:

Standard ?? Presumably either iso22000 or fssc22000 but it can make a difference.

Process steps ??

Fssc 22000 sir.
For PET bottles we have:
Receiving and inspection
Resin melting
Blow molding
Product inspection
Packing & palletizing
Dispatch

For Plastic Closure:
Receiving and inspection
Resin melting
Compression molding
Camera inspection (quality defect)
Product inspection
Curing
Slitting
Packing & palletizing
Dispatch

Hi QFSMS,

Thks for process details.

Packaging not my area but the nearest info I could locate for yr query is in this (non-fssc22000) thread -

The file referred to in post 5 is attached below.

Hopefully some other member here may be using a similar process / standard to yourself

PS - you may also find this BRC-specific thread of some interest although it's for a different type of packaging system -
