Food defense in the food plastic packaging industry

My name is Valerie and i'm working as a Quality Assistant for the Food Packaging Industry in Denmark. I would very much appreciate it, if I could receive guidelines on how to write a documented procedure for conducting a threat assessement.

you can use this software which made by FDA , all what you need is to have a meeting with your team and answer the questions that software will procide you and then by default software will create an action plan with the most problems that you have into the site to strength it.
