Good Day 

I am a food safety professional with 20 years experience. I have recently transitioned to the Cannabis Industry here in Canada. I am hoping to share as well as gain knowledge. The Cannabis industry has very "grey" requirements so I'm utilizing my food manufacturing background to ensure we are producing the safest product  to introduce to the retail market       

So now that I have introduced myself . I'm hoping someone has an example of a Contractor Approval Form. I do have one but was hoping to get some insight as to what is commonly used .
