Guidelines for developing a pesticide storage plan

Hello esteemed, I have a consultation, where I work we are asked to implement pesticide storage and contingency procedures in case of poisoning or spills. We are certified with the BRC standard. Could you suggest some guidelines for the development of my plan? thank you in advance
