Micro - acceptable results and guidelines

Hi all, So, I have a fantastic guidance document for RTE foods I would however love to find some more guidance on non RTE (or all product groups aside to this). I am working on a juicing site at the moment and would for example like to find some guidance here but unsure of any other good micro guideline sources? Any able to guide me here? Thank you, Kate

No no Forest slang, more just my slang

Basically they are milling, pressing, pasteurising and bottling....

I am aware of patulin being a risk but it was more understanding the acceptable limits for the full suite.
