Hi, I need some help on agenda issue.1. Reviewing results of system- updating activities : do I need to mention every document that I have update? eg : sop/flowchart. Does service maintenance also must be put in updating activities? 2. Review of communication activities, customer feedback and complaint : what kind of communication activities other than customer feedback & complaint? Thank you in advance.
