Introduction-Aaron Simwanza

Hi everyone,

This is just to introduce myself. My name is Aaron and I hold a BSc in Food Science and Technology and MSc in Food Science and Nutrition. I'm currently based in Sydney Australia and have about 16 years work experience having worked in Education as a teacher, in  brewery, agriculture and now breakfast cereal manufacturing and part-time trainer of food processing certificate courses. My role has been 50% production operations and 50% in Food Safety and Quality Control/Assurance.

My interest in joining this network is to be up to date with the latest developments in the area of food safety and quality control and also to learn and interact with like-minded professionals. Career-wise I wish to focus more on food safety and quality as well as auditing.

I look forward to enjoyable and exciting stay in the group.
