Does anyone have any online food safety training tools to share?

Hi, for several years I have been trying to become SQF certified.  With many bumps that halt progress I am still striving. Not properly trained myself, I am also trying to train a team member to be more proficient in food safety, SQF meanings, and HACCP understanding.  Just general all around knowledge of GMPs and PRP.  Does anyone have any online tools to share? Thank you in advance.  We are a small cookie manufacturing company with only 10 employees and I am trying to change the culture

I think you will find the SQFI website itself to be an excellent source of information to extract from at www.sqfi.com

Also, don't have to use the system, but another great resource is www.haccpbuilder.com  .
