Requirement for Tamper Evident Seals

Does anyone know of a regulation where food companies must use tamper evident seals for jars of vegetables. I found a cfr but it is for otc drugs. Any help is greatly appreciated. Roberto

my quick search gave me a ...............maybe particularly when crossing state borders and a YES when crossing international ones

 

i would make it policy as it's pretty standard practice now and if your GFSI certified it's a must
