Vaccum for nut spills

We clean, shell sort and package nuts. Sometimes we get spills in hard to reach areas where shovel/sweep is difficult. I am looking for equipment (think heavy duty vacuum or dust collector type fan) that can be used to suck up trash and over spill. What do you use?

Commercial grade Shop Vac with a filter--they come in stainless steel so easy to clean

just remember to add to the sanitation schedule etc
