New cooler and the HACCP Plan

Hi everyone we are a small usda processor. We are having a new hanging cooler installed. Where in the haccp plan does this need to be added? flow chart? reassement? Can someone help me with this Thanks

It should be added to your plant layout and also add it to your flow chart, if any specific products are stored in this cooler.
