FDA NOAA (ELM)

Hello everyone! My company is looking into applying for NOAA approved party list through the FDA's export listing module (ELM). Does anyone have any experience with this, and most importantly does anyone know if by applying to this will that trigger an FDA visit??? As always thank you for the help! :spoton:
