SQF edition 9 - which module would frozen raw meat patties fall under?

Hi all, I'm after some advise please. Could you please advise which module of SQF edition 9 we would fall under as I am getting conflicting information. We manufacture raw meat patties, some with added ingredients some just plain meat, which are then frozen. we do not cook. Is it module 2 and 9 (Animal Product Manufacturing) or 2 and 11 (Food Manufacturing)? I thought we fell under FSC8 which is 9. But an auditor told me I came under module 11 but didn't tell which FSC. When I looked the only one I could find was FSC20 but I do not feel like that quite fits our product. I would really appreciate some assistance with this.

Your modules are 2 & 11 and your FSC is 8.

Thanks Glenn

could you share where you got this information from as my interpretation is the FSC8 falls under 9.

Or am I missing something completely????

If I understand your process correctly it sounds like for Ed. 9, which won't implement until May, you will still fall under FSC 8 but for Edition 9 FSC 8 falls under Modules 2 & 9.  We produce RTE Meat products and are under FSC 8 as well and we will change from Module 11 to Module 9 for Edition 9. Pg 6 in the Attachment on the SQF Changes for Edition 9 might help clarify what the Appendix is saying. - I do believe this is a question you could ask directly to SQF if you wanted to be sure (can't hurt to try); especially since an auditor is telling you something else.
