Good afternoon. Can anyone please assist me with an example of a Policy for the procurement of animals, fish and seafood that are subject to the control of prohibited substances.

+1 please, I think we need a competent person to make an inspection test , livestock check
It is simple thing to do so, just ensure that you have specification of prohibited substances for all purchased meat/fish/seafood. That's specific requirement from GFSI so FSSC has to add this as "Additional Requirement".
