What temperature rage of chlorinated water for salad wash at food manufacturing company? Is any guideline for water (chlorinated ) temperature for salad wash? Is it legal requirement to have record of water temperature during the salad wash for food manufacturing company? Can anyone answer these question? Thanks in advance.
