Standard for Sterility Test UHT

Dear friends... I have a problem with how to do a sterility test (product milk (UHT), Tetra Machine spect TB 8, cap ; 6000 pack/hour),

I have read the procedure that to do sterility you need 3000 samples (pre incubation 30 C for 7 days, check micro TPC, and check pH). Anyone have experience to do sterility? Please share your experience please.... My question : 1. Is the sample really need 3000 pcs/pack?, is that full checked for micro first and then check the pH? 2.What method can we use? As I read use streak plate method, if we use petri film methode, is it accurate? 3. For thermofilik test, how many sample to be checked? need your help friends, thanks. BR, Faradilla.

Are you referring to a line commissioning testing (done once at installation)? Or are you looking for a routine sampling plan (to be done day after day and batch after batch)?
