Product description FSSC 22000

Hello everyone, do you have an example of product description according to the requirements of the FSSC 22000? I have already a model but I'm wondering if I should add also possible wrong use. Thank you

I don't see product description requirements neither in FSSC22000:2018 nor in Additional requirements v. 5.1. Can you please refer to where it's mentioned?

I has to be in there---product description is a part of the HACCP plan

 

Also, for you olenazh- it's a CFIA requirement

That's right----that's the GFSI requirement document as well

Is anyone aware of a requirement to include ingredients, either specifically or in categories, on your HACCP product description sheet or the FSMA equivalent?  I'm new to my company, my predecessor has the many ingredients list in a lot of detail, I've never seen this before on a product description sheet. I thought that is what the ingredient hazard analysis was for.  Thank you!
