You are correct

hairnet

Wash hands

Coat

Would change some if you were in high risk/care

I have not come across anything in writing as standard for the industry but can share what we do.

We require employees wear rubber boots so they put them on first and then remove any jewelry or other adornments.  Next put on hairnet and beardnet, if needed.  If employee uses a safety hard hat or bump cap then it is put on along with hearing protection.  Next wash hands, then put on frock/smock, then company provided cotton gloves if choose to use them, then nitrile / rubber gloves, apron, sleeve covers and then sanitize before going to work station.
