Hi, do we need to include in our NC register the NC's given from third party audit/customer audit?

HI.
I have two registers - one for production NC'S, errors, affected stock etc. and one for internal and external NC'S which are more related to internal systems. This is the first time i've done this and we haven't gone through an audit with it this way before, however we didn't actually internally record external / third party audit NC's before.
