My name is Eugene and i dry foods :) I own a small dried snacks company and export my products to US and soon UK and Europe. I read a lot of research papers and make a lot of experiments.

- microwave drying

- vacuum marinating

- microwave and vacuum puffing

- drying uniformity

- low temperature drying

- herbs drying

- dehydration of liquids

- honey drying

- measuring of temp., pressure, weight under vacuum/microwaves

- effectiveness of vacuum pumps

- projection of microwave distribution inside closed environments

and so on.

I also create and write HACCP, GMP processes and papers for my production line.
