no -my auditing body provided me a "BRC Standard for Storage and Distribution Issue 2 Checklist" and advised my it could be used as an internal auditing tool as long as non-conformities  had CAPA forms and such.  Just looking for one of the same for issue 4.

The link's document acts as a checklist (see the Y/N column) if you "rephrase" the statements as  questions.

It's one standard procedure for an internal audit scheme.

 

Maybe upload yr issue2 one here for comparison.

Ah, I think I know the document you mean - same idea as the attached version for the Food standard?

Not actually seen an official version yet, but you could make this fairly quickly by adding another column to the Word version of the S&D Issue 4 self assessment tool (attached) ;)

Ah, ok - appears to be an SGS own-brand version of the original BRC document.
The version I attached for Issue 4 can easily be turned into this with some very simple editing, so I'd do that in the apparent absence of an "official" one.
If you're already certified you could try asking on the relevant section of BRCGS Participate and/or checking with your cert body, but it'll probably be almost quicker just to stick a "details" column on to the existing checklist ;)
