IFS Logistic and Food Fraud

Hello, I'm implementing IFS Logistic 2.2 in a warehouse that stores and transports products already bought by their customer (which is a supermarket chain). This warehouse acts as an outsourced warehouse. I'm wondering if conducting a food fraud assessment is applicable or not because for example, how can they assess the suppliers if the supplier is not theirs but from their customer? What are your thoughts? Thanks!
