Hi all, I hope someone can help me. I am busy reviewing our specification policy and wanted to find out what is the acceptable review frequency for finished goods specifications? I have heard once every 3 years and once every 2 years? what would be the acceptable frequency of reviewing specs? unless off Couse there is changes in the product which would require you to change the spec ASAP.

IMEX, unless specifically stated otherwise (eg standard exceptions), the typical (conservative) response to such documentation queries is "miniimum annually".

.

Auditors are unlikely to complain if you do it more frequently.
