Food safety digitization

Greetings of the day! I am looking for literature on food safety kiosk - Where employees can go to, site/location/notice board , for all relevant work information. Request if anyone has already done some work, request to please share reference material. Thanks in advance

What do you use to put the powerpoint on the screen?

We just got an Airtame for our breakroom and I couldn't be happier. Very easy to use.

hmmm  that part I'm not sure---------i think we may just have a dedicated computer set to mirror screen but I could be wrong

What type of things do you put on that board? I like to add quick snippets of training material up there to glance at during lunch (the "quick" and "snippet" part are hard for me. I see too much of the big picture and just have to explain)
