Introduction of New Member

My name is Yaosa Kaikar

I am from a country in the Pacific called Papua New Guinea. I graduated with first degree in Food Technology. I went onto work in various food processing organizations. I have strong interest in food quality and food safety management system. I attended certificate courses in Food Safety management system including HACCP.

 I have financial constraints to further my studies and but am still optimistic and hoping for a Masters or PhD in Food Safety Management System

Hello! I am totally new in the field of quality control and food safety! I retired from teaching in May to accept this position and am working hard to learn everything I can. Most days go smoothly; other days I am totally overwhelmed. I am hoping these message boards will give me helpful information as I move forward in my new career!
