Hello everyone, I'm preparing a document related to the inspection of the tanks before loading. Could you please tell me what I should check? I put absence of dirt, odours, integrity. I have to add something more? Do you have please an example to share? Best regards

Is this your own tanks on site, or road tankers that you are loading?

For the former, I'd also check the cleaning verification - what method(s) are you using? e.g. ATP, pH of rinse water, allergen swabs to confirm previous contents and cleaning chemicals have been removed.

For road tankers I'd also want to see the record from the tanker cleaning station (EFTCO cleaning certificate, as you're in Europe), confirmation of last three loads, verification of seal numbers, and potentially you could also ask your tanker suppliers to ensure that there is some water kept in the tanker from the last rinse, so you can also check this if needed.
