Where to buy parts for CEM Tracking Machine in Canada?
Does anybody from Canada know where to buy the parts for CEM? We're struggling to get some small part, only one part without additional cost of service as it's way expensive. The provider is going to charge us $3000 for visit and parts, and that's the only option they give us. Any help from locals?

Do you mean a CEM testing machine? I don't know what a CEM tracking machine is, but if you mean their solids testing machine check out the company linked below. They supply instruments, parts, and supplies. Located in California, but I'm sure they will ship to Canada for less expensive than what you've got quoted.
Hello olenazh. What about looking for the part on eBay? eBay in the US has alot of lab equipment and parts for sale and since CEM is very popular in the food industry (and other industries as well), you might find the part or even a complete unit for sale for a lot less $$. Just a thought.

Thanks to all! Unfortunately, buying from US is not an option as it'd take long to deliver. We've contacted the manufacturer and CEM service provider (located in Toronto BTW!) and they gave us crazy dates, like end of September. We couldn't wait that long. Luckily, we found a local seller with very nice price of only $50 - comparing to others charging $300 for a small piece.
